Main Board Appointments
The following non executive directors were appointed to the UniPhar board at the AGM in late September:-
· Criofan Shannon MPSI
· John Holly MPSI
· Marie Hogan MPSI
· Matt Murphy MPSI
· Padraig Staunton MPSI
In addition, Mr Brendan O’Connell, Managing Director, Allphar Services Ltd was appointed to the Board of UniPhar Plc as an Executive Director in October 2009.
